FAW Jiefang Water Tender is a universal basic fire rescue vehicle refitted on the original FAW Jiefang chassis, mainly used to put out fires of conventional solid combustibles, cool the fire scene and discharge smoke. Equipped with a large-capacity anti-corrosion water tank, high-torque diesel engine, high-pressure fire pump and long-range water monitor, it adopts pure water fire-fighting mode, which is obviously different from foam fire trucks additionally fitted with foam tanks and proportioning systems.
